Crooks Christmas has become a holiday tradition. We almost missed it this year because our oldest had surgery and has been recovering. We came up tonight, the last night. It was her first trip out of the house in a few days all of the kids' faces really lit up. You are truly an artist, and an inspiration. I hope you get a great amount of donations tonight to provide that one more wish! See ya next year.

we waited over an hour & a half one night to watch the displays. We brought pizza along & ate our dinner while waiting in line. It was well worth the wait!! Awesome job to both you & your neighbor!

My daughter lives in Brookings. Her boyfriend in Sioux Falls. They are sitting outside your house right now listening to your music and watching the lights. They called us to tell us what they were doing because it's just the type thing I would like. While there they directed me to your website so we could experience it together! They were not able to make it home for Christmas and are feeling a long way from home. You brought us together for a moment. Thank you!

My husband just recently returned from Iraq and kept talking about this house he seen on the internet that has christmas lights going to music. When we came threw Crooks to see my aunt and Uncle he was amazed to find out that it was right here in South Dakota Thank you so much for all you do. It does mean a lot to see all off that. It even gives the guys over seas a touch of Christmas. Even the cold snow they don't get to see over there.

My wife and I brought our granddaughters (3 & 7) out to see your light show. It was fantastic! The girls lit up and where dancing all over the car. Our oldest granddaughter, Baylee, wanted to give all of the money in her purse to add to grandma's contriution. She also insisted on placing it in the box. Keep up the great work, and may many more wishes come true!

Really enjoyed the "fast" version of your show on YouTube. Curious about the construction of the stars - how many lights and how many channels control each star? Thanks for sharing. Doug

Thank you for doing this light show year after year. Our whole family can't wait to make the short trek to watch your fantastic light display. You really know how to spruce up the holidays!! I loved the short dualing banjos between the two houses!! Thanks to your neighbors too for putting up with all of us, we really appreciate it!

No words can describe the beauty and talent displayed....we heard about it last year and went three times with our mini van loaded with people....four times this year (so far), taking elderly people who would not drive at night...you've blessed us with amazing creativity, and generosity....we just say "THANK YOU"
